“A FLAT ABDOMEN WITH 3 

 MOVEMENTS”





This easy and fast routine allow you to

 have a beautiful body!!!


Follow the next steps


     1.CLIC WITH HEEL

Lay down and bend your legs in a 90 degrees angle. Be sure that your toes are together. Extend your arms up and put your thumbs together.




Take your arms to your feet until you get up your high back. Stretch and go down your legs with the straight back and your feet up. Put your heels together for 30 seconds.




     


2.    SEATED ROTATION

Sit down straight and bend legs. Stretch your arms until it is parallel to the floor and hitch your thumbs in the front.



Incline your back backward and press your abdomen. Turn little by little to the left and then to the right. Repeat it 10 times.


Come back to the center and go down your abdomen until you feel it starts to shake. Stop for few seconds to fortify.




    3.    SMALL LIZARDS

Put in position to make small lizards. Locate your body in a straight line from the head to the feet. Don’t forget press your abdomen.


Use your abdomen force to take the right knee to the nose. Come back and repeat with the left one. Realize two series of ten.
